Staff

The LACJGP employs two full time positions, Mike McMonegal, Program Director for the Southern Section and Tim Smith, Program Director for the Northern Section. Both are golf industry veterans and leaders in golf programming. Golf coaches (instructors) are hired on a part-time basis for the program. Each weeklong program requires 5 to 7 instructors, depending on the number of juniors that are participating. The Program Directors are responsible for overall management of the program which includes administration, hiring, scheduling, training and evaluation.
